Judi Watts.

Hi, my name is Judi Watts. I am an entrepreneur who has worked solely on building my own businesses for the last fifteen years. Over this time I have had multiple businesses and juggled at least 5 at the same time; this has taught me that people is power and so is automating your business. 

Nine years ago, I started a small wedding hire business called Little Gray Station. Since then, my husband and I scaled this business into a medium sized business and rebranded as Hampton Event Hire; we turned a $500 startup into a multi-million dollar business. 

Over the years I have had numerous business coaches and mentors to help me grow and scale the business and personally cope with the demands and expectations of this path. I have learnt it is important to be accountable, when you are your own boss and to have someone to gentle remind you of when you are doing well and to challenge you when required.
